01 Is Glugg a barcode scanner?
No. Photograph the front label and shelf price together. Glugg reads the visible pack count, volume, ABV and price—it does not need a barcode.
02 What is a standard drink?
It is a country-specific measure of pure alcohol, not a serving size or container. Glugg uses the country selected in your profile when calculating it.
03 How are grades calculated?
Glugg divides the shelf price by the number of standard drinks, then applies fixed country-specific price bands from A+ to F. The grade measures value—not quality, taste or safety.
04 Is estimated BAC exact?
No. It is a rough educational estimate based on the details and drinks you enter. Metabolism varies, and the estimate must never be used to decide whether to drive.
05 Do games require drinking?
Never. Glugg games work with non-alcoholic drinks, points or any house rule your group prefers.
06 Which countries and currencies are supported?
Glugg currently supports Canada in CAD and the United States in USD, with country-specific standard-drink calculations and value bands.
07 Is Glugg free?
Glugg is free to download and includes free features. An optional Glugg Pro subscription unlocks more; current pricing and trial terms are shown in the app before purchase.
